NOTICE OF APPLICATION

COLUMBIA COUNTY SHORELINES-SUBSTANTIAL DEVELOPMENT PERMIT

Columbia County Planning and Building hereby gives notice per WAC 173-27-110 that the Department has received a complete Shorelines Substantial Development Permit Application for the following project:

APPLICANT: Tim White, P.O. Box 4680, Pasco, Washington 99302

PROJECT LOCATION: 108 White Pine Lane, Unincorporated Columbia County, Washington. Assessor Parcel Number: 274524

APPLICATION RECEIVED: The application was received on April 10th, 2017 as part of the Conditional Use Permit #2017-002. The application was deemed complete on May 10th, 2018 after additional materials were received from the applicant.

PROPOSAL: To construct the necessary facilities to operate a Recreational Vehicle Facility for no more than 16 RV spots. The application included the Shorelines Substantial Development Permit, the SEPA DNS issued on April 13th, 2017 (below), and a completed and approved Conditional Use Permit issued June 28th, 2017. All application materials are available for review at the below address.

SEPA: A Determination of Non-Significance was issued by Columbia County Planning and Building (lead agency for the project) on April 13th, 2017.

ADDITIONAL PERMITTING: Per Conditional Use Permit 2017—002, no additional permitting is required post-approval of the Shoreline Substantial Development permit, as all other applicable requirements have been met.

REQUESTS FOR COMMENTS: The Department of Planning and Building hereby requests written comments for the above described project. Written comments can be submitted by the following methods: In person or by mail to 114 South 2nd Street, Dayton, Washington 99328 or via email to Meagan_bailey@co.columbia.wa.us. Written comments must be submitted no later than Monday, June, 2018.
