TWO (2) SURFACE WATER CERTIFICATES

TAKE NOTICE:

That Brent and Victoria Knowles, LLC of Walla Walla, WA, has made applications for change/transfer of water rights in order to add purpose of use, change place of use, add points of withdrawal, and add irrigated acres as granted under Ground Water Certificate Nos. 2602-A(A) and G3-24416C.

That Ground Water Certificate No. 2602-A(A) authorizes the diversion of 298.15 gpm (additive), 184 acre-feet per year (additive), for continuous irrigation of 44 acres (additive).

That the authorized point of withdrawal is from one well, within the E½ of Sec. 16, T. 6 N., R. 35 E.W.M.

Notice is hereby given on this date, 3/22/2018, that the application/proposal described in this notice has been filed with the Walla Walla County Community Development Department (CDD). The application/proposal may be reviewed at the CDD office at 310 W Poplar St., Suite 200, Walla Walla, WA 99362.
