Code Compliance Focus for March

Do you live close to a waterway? The Touchet River and Patit Creek are two main waterways inside the City of Dayton. It is our responsibility to care for the habitats of these waterways by not dumping any material, organic, or not, within the banks of any waterway inside city limits.

Keeping these areas clean improves aesthetics and helps maintain the fish population in streams and rivers.

The full text of the applicable laws can be found in Title 6 Chapter 9 of the Dayton Municipal Code.

For more information visit Code Compliance Officer Clint Atteberry at the County Planning and Building Department at 114 S 2nd St, in Dayton, or contact him by phone at: 382-4676.
