The DW Birddogs, the combined Dayton-Waitsburg 7th-grade AAU basketball team, played eight tournament games during the just-completed season. "I can say they showed tremendous improvement as the season progressed," Coach Bill Ayotte said of his players. "The boys all competed hard with a great attitude." This photo of the team was taken following their participation in the Walla Walla YMCA tourney.  "We are looking forward to participating in a summer basketball camp and being ready to go next basketball season," Ayotte said.
