Arraignments

-Robert Lee Lambert, Jr., 27, Dayton (in custody). Charged with one count of intimidating a witness, one count of harassment and one count of 4th degree assault. Charges stem from police being shown a video of the accused allegedly beating a woman on the porch of her home for calling the police on him. Lambert was on probation at the time. The 4th degree assault charge was amended to 2nd degree assault and Lambert entered a not guilty plea.

Trials Set

-Blake Charles Wallace, 17, Richland. Charged with one count of first degree burglary – armed with a deadly weapon, four counts of first degree assault and four counts of unlawful imprisonment – armed with a deadly weapon. Defense requested trial date struck. Trial set for Feb. 14-16.

-Joseph Kent Wilson, 43, Dayton (in custody). There are four separate cases against Wilson. He is charged with harassment, residential burglary, and third degree malicious mischief in the first case which is set for trial on Feb. 1-2. In the second, he is charged with one count of intimidating a witness and one count of contempt of court. Wilson allegedly sent intimidating text messages, yelled at the victim from the street and punched her vehicle in July. This trial is also set for Feb. 1-2. When Wilson was picked up on a warrant, officers reportedly found 101 pills of schedule 4 prescription narcotics on his person during booking. He is charged with four counts of possession of legend drugs in this case which is scheduled for trial setting on Jan. 18. Finally, Wilson is charged with 1st degree assault and parole violation for allegedly assaulting another male with a golf club. He is held on $100,000 bail. Trial for these charges is also scheduled for Feb. 1-2.

-Steven J. Testerman, 19, Dayton (in custody). Charged with possession of stolen property in the 2nd degree. Testerman was arrested in Nov. on another matter. At the time of his arrest he was riding a bike that was stored at City Hall for safety. A bike matching that description was later reported as stolen and identified. Trial is set for Feb. 1-2.

Sentencing

-Deloris Lorraine Elder, 53, Dayton (in custody). Charged to six months in the county jail for one residential burglary case in 2014 and one possession of a controlled substance case in 2016. The state objected to electric home monitoring. Elder was sentenced to six months in the county jail for each case, with time to run consecutively, and 12 months community custody.

Other:

-Travis Rogelio Garcia, 31, Dayton (in custody); charged with first degree trafficking in stolen property and second degree possession of stolen property for allegedly taking a bike from Whitman College and attempting to sell it on Facebook. Case continued to Jan. 10 to set trial.
