WAITSBURG – Looking for last-minute Christmas gifts? Waitsburg is the place to be this weekend on “Stocking Stuffer Saturday,” Dec. 16, from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Main Street businesses will be encouraging last-minute shoppers to finish up their Christmas shopping. The Waitsburg Commercial will rent Town Hall for vendors to sell their wares as well.

The Whoopemup Hollow Café will be open from 11:30 a.m. – 8 p.m. for casual drop-in shoppers as well and will also be taking reservations for regular dining. Any shopper with a receipt for a purchase made in Waitsburg on Saturday will be offered a free turkey or pork slider with the purchase of a bowl of soup or entrée.

Cocoa and cider, hosted by the Commercial Club, will be offered, along with adult beverages for purchase. Any business owner/vendor can make a dinner reservation and be included in the free slider and receive a special beverage treat from the Commercial Club.
