Waitsburg Schools Christmas Concert, Dec. 11

WAITSBURG – Waitsburg 5th – 12th grade musicians will present their annual Christmas Concert – “Swingle Bells!” – on Mon., Dec. 11, at 7 p.m. in the Waitsburg High School auditorium.

The excited fifth graders will be performing their first concert! They will play several Christmas favorites including: “Good King Wenceslas,” “Jolly Old St. Nicholas” and their own version of “Jingle Bells.”

Next, the 6th grade band will play “Chorale and March” and “Jingle Jolly Christmas.”

The 7th - 8th grade Preston Hall Band will perform: “Jump Street Boogie” from their MASS band experience this year, the beautiful “Christmas Air and Dance,” “Blazing Bones of the West” and the exciting “Toboggan Run.”

The Waitsburg High School Band will wrap up the concert with their own arrangement of “Feel it Still,” a swingin’ Jingle Bells from “A Big Band Christmas,” and “Carol of the Bells.”

Cookies and punch will be served in the cage following the concert. The entire community is cordially invited to attend.
