Summer Rock Camp participants will perform a live concert on Fri., July 14 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at Washington Park (700 W. Cherry St.). The event is free and open to the public. Bring a picnic or buy food on site from Tacos La Monarca.

Live music by different bands will take place at the Land Title Plaza on First Avenue and Main Street from 5:30 -7:30 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays through September. A band list can be found at downtownwallawalla.com

Country/variety singer Megs McLean will perform at the Wildhorse Sports Bar & Grill ( Wildhorse Blvd, Pendleton) on Fri., July 14 and Sat., July 15, beginning at 8 p.m. both nights. There is no cover charge.

The Bounty Hunters will perform at the Dayton Eagles on Sat., July 15 from 8:30 p.m. – midnight. The kitchen will be open at 5 p.m.

The Liberty Theater will host An Acoustic Evening with Chris Yeaton and Carl Tosten, two artists at the forefront of their respective traditions, on Thurs., July 27 at 7 p.m. Hawaii born Chris Yeaton draws from a lineage of great Hawaiian slack key tradition and has toured nationally with Keola Beamer and John Keawe. Yeaton has a unique style of beautiful and progressive slack key that incorporates a blend of the traditional and contemporary fingerstyle. He is joined by Carl Tosten, a solo acoustic guitarist who is known for applying unconventional techniques and styles to create uniquely beautiful fingerstyle guitar playing.
