TAKE NOTICE:

That Charles Konen of Walla Walla, WA, has made application for change/transfer of water right in order to change one point of withdrawal, add one point of withdrawal, and change the place of use as granted under Ground Water Certificate Nos. G3-01014C(B) and 6798-A(E), together with change authorizations issued March 14, 2007

That Ground Water Certificate No. G3-01014C(B) together with the change authorizes the withdrawal of 20 gallons per minute, 13.38 acre-feet per year, for seasonal irrigation of 10 acres.

That Ground Water Certificate No. 6798-A(E) together with the change authorizes the withdrawal of 30 gallons per minute, 21.62 acre-feet per year, for seasonal irrigation of 30.4 acres.

That the authorized point of withdrawal under each certificate is one well located within the SE ¼ NW ¼ of Sec. 10, T. 6 N., Range 35 E.W.M.

That the authorized place of use under each certificate is within Parcel B-3 of Short Plat filed April 24, 2000 in Vol. 3 of Short Plats at Page 267, under Auditor’s File No. 0003897; Parcel 1 and 2 of Survey filed Jan. 25, 2000 in Vol. 8 of Surveys at Page 22, under Autitor’s File No. 0000734. That he proposes to change one point of withdrawal, add one point of withdrawal, and change the place of use under each certificate.

After the changes, both certificates will authorize two wells, one within the NW ¼ NW ¼, and one within the SE ¼ SW ¼, both being within Sec. 10, T. 6 N., Range 35 E.W.M.

That he proposes to change the place of use under both certificates to portions of Sections 3, 9, and 10. T. 6 N., Range 35 E.W.M. A more detailed description of the proposed place of use can be obtained from the Spokane office of the Dept. of Ecology.
