BMS Chicken Dinner Class


DAYTON – The BMS Co-op will host a cooking class titled “One Juicy Chicken – Four Tasty Dinners” on Sat., April 23 from 3-5 p.m. The class is $36 for non-members and $18 for members. Class size is limited.

Chef Zoe Shaw will instruct the class on how to prepare four simple, vibrant, and easy meals from one roasted chicken. Zoe is a graduate of the Oregon Culinary Institute and has been cooking professionally for 10 years. She is the owner of Rhizome Feasts & Provisions in Walla Walla where she creates special menus for private and public dining events.
