WALLA WALLA – The Crime Free Rental Housing program will offer a free 12-hour training seminar to landlords and tenants. The training will take place from 6:30 – 9:30 over four evenings: March 1, 2, 8, and 9. Meetings will be held in the Chuck Fulton Community Room at the Walla Walla Police Department (54 E. Moore, Walla Walla).

Numerous topics will be covered including: Washington Landlord/Tenant Law, Gang & Drug Activity, Registered Sex Offenders, Eviction Process, Fire & Safety Codes, and Tenant Screening.
