The Times - Serving Waitsburg, Dayton and the Touchet Valley

DAYTON - A Blue Christmas service will be held in the fireside room at Dayton First Congregational Church on Wednesday, Dec. 21. The evening will begin at 6 p.m. with a soup and bread supper and then move to a time of candlelight, music, readings, prayer, and presence with one another.

This is the longest night of the year, a time to acknowledge that for some this is a long, dark, foreboding season in the midst of all the celebrations and gatherings. All are welcome to join in the gathering.
