Adams Takes Sixth at XC State Meet Saturday

PASCO – Waitsburg's Emily Adams placed sixth, out of 78 runners, on Saturday at the state 1B/2B cross country meet at Sun Willows Golf Course here on Saturday. Teammates Landon Callas and Skylar Wood also had strong showings at state.
Adams' time of 19:41.5 was good enough for a medal finish.
For the Waitsburg boys, Landon Callas came in 19th,out of 155 runners, with a time of 17:23.5. Skylar Wood was 56th, with a time of 18:20.9
