WAITSBURG – The public is invited to honor our veterans at the Veteran’s Memorial Wall Program in the City Cemetery on Memorial Day, Mon, May 30 at 11 a.m. Those being dedicated this year are Hugh F. Gruver, Jim E. Hansen, Wilton H. Poolman and Sylvan T. Severtsen. All were World War II veterans.

Anyone that has received a flag for their deceased veteran that would like to donate it to be flown at the memorial may do so by contacting B. A. Keve at ikbakeve@charter.net or (509) 337-6546. Their information will be added to the program.
