DAYTON – Several community organizations are sponsoring a Heart & Sole 5K Fun Run & Walk fundraising event in support of Heart Health Month at Columbia County Health System. The walk/run will take place at Flour Mill Park on Dayton’s Main Street at 9 a.m. on Sat., Feb. 27.

Registration starts at 8:30 a.m. and the suggested donation is $5. The event is sponsored by the Columbia County Wellness Project, Columbia County Health System, Columbia County Public Health, and the Coalition for Youth and Families.
