Terry Elmo Riner, 47, Dayton. Sentenced to 18 months confinement following a Revocation of Residential DOSA (drug offender sentencing alternative). He was charged in Oct. 2014 with possession of controlled substance other than marijuana, a Class C, felony but failed to comply with treatment and custody requirements and refused to submit a urine sample.
