WAITSBURG – Waitsburg High School senior Hannah Grant, along with DeSales senior Hannah Leahy, received Exchange Club of Walla Walla Youth of the Year Awards for the 2014-15 school year. The recipients received a commemorative plaque and a $1,000 scholarship.

Hannah Grant holds a 4.0 GPA, was treasurer of NHS in 2013-14 and is president of Leo’s Service Club. She is active in FFA, student government and Knowledge Bowl, has been a scholar-athlete throughout and was 2014 Prom Queen.
