Local Athletes Qualify for Pasco Invite
WP's Brown, Lanning and Adams, and Dayton's Andrews, to compete against best in NW Saturday WAITSBURG – Four Touchet Valley athletes have qualified for the Pasco Invite, which will be held Saturday at Edgar Brown Stadium. The meet will feature more than 2,000 top track and field athletes from more than 100 high schools of all sizes throughout Washington and Northern Idaho. Athletes are invited based on performances at meets earlier this year. WP's Kobie Brown qualified in the 300 meter hurdles, long jump and high jump. Owen Lanning qualified in the triple jump and Emily Adams in the 800 meters. Dayton's Kaitlyn Andrews will compete in the javelin, long jump, triple jump and 400 meters.
