DAYTON – The Dayton City Council has scheduled a special council meeting for 12 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 26, at Dayton City Hall to consider rescinding a previous motion approving an Interlocal Agreement to become part of the Palouse Regional Transportation Planning Organization and considering a new agreement in its place.
