WAITSBURG - The first big event at the Q's Wood-Fired Grill on Waitsburg's Main Street will also be the first event of its kind in the city. Waitsburg Cellars will host a winemaker dinner at The Q on Saturday, Oct. 25. The Q owners, Emry and Sandy Kleck will serve a threecourse dinner, appetizers and dessert to be paired with Waitsburg Cellars wines. The menu includes:

Three White paired with Pork Tenderloin Crostini w/ Monteillet Goat Cheese & Orange, Pear & Cranberry Mostarda

Cheninieres paired with Grilled Salmon w/ Chive Oil over Fresh Greens

Chevray paired with Butternut Squash & Apple Soup w/ Thyme Creme Fraiche

Three Red paired with Grilled Duck Breast w/ Huckleberry Dijonaise, served w/ Grilled Seasonal Vegetables & Creamy Polenta

Amaro paired with Warm Chocolate Raspberry Pudding Cake w/ Whipped Cream
