The Times - Serving Waitsburg, Dayton and the Touchet Valley

A $2500 grant from the PP&L foundation -- applied for by the Blue Mountain Resource Conservation and Development Council -- for Waitsburg grandstand im­provements is being put to good use. Greg Bohlman and Rich Stoupa of Rodda Paint Company in Walla Walla have overseen and facilitated the painting of the fairgrounds buildings. A crew of 13 Washington State Penitentiary workers, supervised by Officers Rusty Reece and Dennis Boland, has spent the last two weeks on the project.
