WP Tigers Beat Rival Dayton Dogs On Saturday, 6-0, Head To Regionals In Adna On May 19
     WALLA WALLA – The WP Tigers clawed their way past the Dayton Bulldogs, 6-0, last Saturday at Borleske Stadium in Walla Walla, earning the regionals berth and the third place District 9 trophy. The Tigers will next play in Adna this Saturday. Their competitor has not yet been announced.

     Harry Lee Peterson died May 2, 2012. He was born on October 2, 1930 to Mildred Barnedt Peterson and Albert Peterson on a ranch outside of Prescott, Washington. After living in California, Oregon and Nevada he settled in Phoenix Arizona. He worked for the Arizona Department of Transportation for over 30 years.

     Betty Joan Webber, age 82, entered into rest on May 8, 2012 at her home in Prosser. She was born on October 6, 1929 in Walla Walla, Washington to Ralph and Velma Baim and was raised and educated in Waitsburg, Washington. Betty married her high school sweetheart and they celebrated 63 years of marriage on March 20, 2012.
