Bulldogs Fall to WWVA, Kittitas

DAYTON – The Dayton boys’ basketball team hosted Walla Walla Valley Academy on Dec. 13, and came up short after a hard-fought battle, losing 55-50.

The Bulldogs fell behind early and couldn’t close the gap, despite a fourth-quarter rally. Dayton trailed 31-21 at the half and entered the fourth quarter down 42-30.

For the game, Ben Kleck led his team with 14 points, including two three-pointers. Tanner Bren added 13. Junior Helm had nine rebounds and three assists, to go along with his eight points.
