Homecoming King Jeremy Nichols and Queen Jessica Elliott were announced at the Homecoming 2006 Dance last Saturday night. Members of the Court included: Felicia Brown, Tyson Cole, Shawny Ingle, John Gertsch, Danielle Coila, Conner Talbott, Nichols, Elliott, Jessica Mason, Cole Janovich, Savanna Marick, and Aaron Leal.

Competition was stiff for the Waitsburg Cross Country team, competing in a 3.1 mile race in Pomeroy on Oct. 12. The highest finisher for the Cards was Maya Garcia, who finished fourth in 23:55. Teammate Heidi Potolicchio was 16th in 28:14. There wer...
