DAYTON – Christian singer and songwriter Holly Starr will perform a free concert at Faith Chapel (653 Wagon Road) in Dayton on Sat., May 28 at 4 p.m. Local artist Paul Hodgins will open the concert at 4 p.m., with Starr beginning at 4:30 p.m.
