WAITSBURG – Water Watch Irrigation, which serves about 75 families between Waitsburg, Dayton and Prescott, was recently purchased by Kevin Smith of Smith Brothers’ Lawn Care and Landscape. Smith Brothers’, based in Walla Walla, is responsible for the installation and maintenance of landscaping at Dayton’s Best Western Plus Inn & Suites and has worked on several area residential landscaping projects.
